At Divine Spa, we understand that schedules may change. However, we kindly ask our guests to respect our cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellation
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Guests who miss their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate other guests. The full service fee may still apply.

Spa services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.

Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Divine Spa are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
